The ANSUL® AQUASONIC™ Water-Atomizing
Fire Suppression System is a revolution in Class
B fire protection technology. A pair of supersonic
atomizers can produce 1.5 trillion water droplets
per second – equivalent to covering an Olympic-sized
soccer field in one minute. The high performance
fire suppression system is specifically engineered
to protect special hazard applications including
combustion turbine enclosures, machinery spaces,
generator enclosures, and flammable liquid storage
areas.
The AQUASONIC Fire Suppression System utilizes
non-toxic and readily available extinguishing
media (water and nitrogen). The dependable
system has few moving parts and uses tested technology
with decades of proven service.
