- What types
of application methods are available
with the I-101™ system?
The I-101 system has listing and approvals
for total flooding (Industrial, Open
Front Paint Spray Booth, and Enclosed
Paint Spray Booth (Vehicle Booths)),
local application overhead and local
applications tankside capabilities.
- What
are some typical hazards the I-101™
system is suitable for?
Typical
hazards are paint or finishing areas,
flammable or chemical storage, mixing,
dip tanks, and electrical and mechanical
equipment such as generators, pump or
transformer rooms.
- How is
the I-101™ system actuated?
The I-101 system tanks are always pneumatically
actuated through several detection and
actuation options. The I-101 system
uses mechanical or electrical heat detectors
for automatic actuation and cable pull
or electric pull stations for manual
actuation.
- Is the
I-101™
system easy to design?
Yes. Coverage is easily determined based
on either tank or nozzle coverage. Charts
show tank and nozzle parameters and flow
charts provide direction.
