INERGEN Systems – 150-Bar & 200-Bar

The INERGEN Fire Suppression System protects enclosed areas where people may be present, fire may strike day or night, and damage from conventional agents cannot be tolerated. Upon discharge, INERGEN agent fills the room, mixing with the air to suppress fires quickly and effectively.  Safe for people, INERGEN agent is non-synthetic and made of naturally occurring gases: nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide. Once discharged, it returns to the atmosphere in its natural state.

INERGEN agent is free of residues and corrosive by-products that may produce further property damage.  And because it poses no ozone depleting or global warming threat,INERGEN agent will never be subject to future legislative bans.

Options

Cylinder assembly options include the INERGEN 150 Bar and 200 Bar fire suppression systems.

INERGEN 150 Bar—The cylinder assembly is of steel construction with a red standard finish. Four sizes are available to meet specific needs. Each has a pressure seat-type valve equipped with a gauge. The valve is constructed of forged brass and is attached to the cylinder, providing a leak-tight seal. The valve also includes a safety pressure relief device that provides relief at 2900-3300 psi (200-228 bar) per CGA test method. The cylinder charging pressure is 2175 psi at 70 °F (150 bar at 21 °C).

INERGEN 200 Bar—The cylinder assembly is of steel construction with a red standard finish. One size is available. Each cylinder has a pressure seat-type valve equipped with a gauge. The valve is constructed of forged brass and is attached to the cylinder providing a leak-tight seal. The valve also includes a safety pressure relief device that provides relief at 4000-4480 psi (276-309 bar) per CGA test method. The cylinder charging pressure is 2900 psi at 70 °F (200 bar at 21 °C).
