The Ansul R-102 Restaurant Fire Suppression System features a highly flexible design and utilises the industry-proven Ansulex® Low pH Liquid Agent. This specialised agent rapidly suppresses flames, cools heated surfaces, and creates a durable vapour-securing blanket that helps prevent reflash.

Overlapping Appliance Protection is one of the key design options available within the R-102 system. Strategically positioned nozzles create overlapping discharge patterns, forming a virtual fire-free zone across the cooking area.

Ansul Piranha Dual Agent Restaurant Fire Suppression System

The Piranha Dual-Agent System combines liquid fire suppressant and water to provide enhanced fire protection performance.

The system first delivers rapid flame knockdown and fire-securing capabilities using PRX Liquid Fire Suppressant. Water is then discharged to quickly cool cooking media and surrounding surfaces, significantly reducing the risk of reignition.

Ansul Piranha Dual Agent Restaurant Fire Suppression System with Increased Nozzle Heights

Designed to support modern, open-plan kitchen environments, Piranha systems now offer UL-listed high-proximity nozzles that can be installed up to 2.1 metres above the cooking hazard.

This innovative design allows nozzles to be positioned discreetly near the top of the hood and largely out of sight, while maintaining the same trusted level of fire protection that Piranha systems are known for.
